I am a Personal Trainer and believe in keeping it simple and sticking to the basics. If you can learn and master the basics while staying consistent you can create sustainable change.

We all come to fitness for a variety of reasons. No matter your size, shape, age or experience the basics work for everyone from novice to advanced and everyone in between. If you can show a commitment to yourself and be consistent you will see change.

 

The fitness space can be overwhelming, there seems to be an expert on everything, and that can make it hard to know where to start. I build programs that are simple, easy to follow and effective, building off of foundational movements and progressing from there.

Whatever your goal is, training for an event or your sport, looking to move better, to build bone density, be able to play with your kids or grandkids I can build a plan with that in mind and around any limitations. I have experience with all ages and athletes, lets get started

I met Karen while she was a spin instructor and was immediately drawn to her positive teaching style. She listens attentively, uses encouraging language, and pushes her clients to be their most authentic selves in the gym. As a 60 year old, it can be intimidating to workout with peopl who are much younger, but not with Karen. She creates a non - judgmental space for her clients.
